KETTLE BELLS

These sessions offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. It is challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment.

BOOGIE BOUNCE

(Boogie Bounce Xtreme) – It’s fun, fab, funky and fat burning! Complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs sections too.

CORE BLAST

A short yet challenging workout that targets your abs, back and midriff. A strong core can help with balance, posture and overall strength. This workout focuses on your mid section and works muscles you never knew you had, to create the body you want.

HIIT/CARDIO TIME

A short and intense HIIT class, also known as High Intensity Interval Training. A cardio-vascular exercise in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. You burn more fat and calories in 24 hours after a HIIT work out than a steady pace run.

PUMP FX

Utilising barbells and weight plates, pump fx provides a progressive, complete-body workout. Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement. If you're looking to get lean then this is the class for you. You will be taught the correct technique for all exercises and as you choose your own weights you can progressively build up muscle and increase the weight to suit you. Classes are designed to be tough but the weight you choose should be comfortable so if you're a beginner it's best to start with lighter weights and progressively build up to the heavier weights the more you attend.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

METAFIT

Metafit is a high intensity 30 minute workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits.

CLUBBERCISE

A class held in a darkened room full of disco lights. Starting with a simple warm up routine, working up a sweat dancing to floor fillers from the 90’s rave to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy to follow and always have a high or low impact options. It is all about fun, not about perfection.

BOXERCISE

A system of sustained exercises combining boxing materials with aerobic activities. Favourite classes include circuit style class with focus pad boxing stations, medicine balls and skipping ropes amongst others. It uses your entire body and cardio vascularity; you burn more calories in an hour than a stair climber and its more fun.

PILATES

This class is a system of physical conditioning involving low impact exercise and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso often using specialist equipment.

LBT

(Legs, Bums & Tums) This is a light-hearted class that aims to work and define these exact targeted areas whilst also increasing overall cardiovascular fitness. It sculpts tones and tightens those problem areas.

BOOGIE BOUNCE REVOLUTION

Boogie Bounce Revolution is a circuit class incorporating your mini trampolines for the cardio element and floor based stations for the muscle strength and endurance. This is a 45-minute class and consists of up to 20 stations with just one circuit, one revolution with a warm up and cool down.

PILOXING

Blending the powerful and timeless disciplines of Pilates and Boxing, PILOXING, adds a third element of dance into this high-energy interval workout. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to 'let yourself GO' dance releases, and back around again.

ZUMBA STRONG

Cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
