Can a trampoline really do this? Well, having never done this before my instructor qualifications, I would have said no, but I can honestly say YES now I have experienced it and seen how much I sweated throughout the session but I TOTALLY loved it too. It is addictive, makes you feel AMAZING and is just the best fun I have had working out. What do you think?
